Instructions For Sending Your Press Release
- All press releases must be in English.
- If you want to attach an image, please ensure that it is in JPEG or GIF format (.jpg / .gif) and that the file size does not exceed 350 kb. EmiratesWeek has rights to resize or crop the image to fit the web pages.
- This service is offered by EmiratesWeek – no fees are applicable to the companies or the PR agencies submitting news or press releases.
- Please ensure that press releases sent to EmiratesWeek are no more than One week old from date of original release. Articles older than that should not be published.
- Press releases not relevant to business in the Middle East should not be posted.
- We maintain the right not to publish stories regardless of relevance, should we find them unfit for the general EmiratesWeek audience.
- By submitting press releases for publication to EmiratesWeek you are bound by the Terms and Conditions stated at the end of this page.
- You can apply for a username and password to be assigned to your company for accessing the EmiratesWeek control panel and to be able to publish your press releases. To recieve your username and password, send us your request to info@emiratesweek.com.
- Upon recieving your username and password, you will have access to a training video that will simply teach you how to publish your press releases on EmiratesWeek.
Terms and Conditions
By submitting articles, news/press releases or other content to EmiratesWeek for publication you will hold EmiratesWeek free of any charges with regards to copyright infringements should the content you provided be copyright protected by third party.
EmiratesWeek is not to be held responsible for the accuracy of the statements made in press releases by companies, PR agencies or individuals quoted in such releases or articles.
EmiratesWeek is not under any obligation to include stories submitted by companies or their respective PR agencies regardless of relevance nor can EmiratesWeek be made responsible to remove or edit stories One Week hours after being posted on the site.
Press releases submitted to EmiratesWeek may be distributed to 3rd party companies for added exposure, however EmiratesWeek is not under any obligation to do so nor can EmiratesWeek be held responsible if articles are not being distributed at all or even in a timely manner.
Any and all content submitted to or avialable via EmiratesWeek may also be made available to handheld devices, mobile phones or any other devices as well as syndicated or sold to any 3rd party site that makes use of the content licensing options or free rss feeds offered by EmiratesWeek at the sole discretion of EmiratesWeek.
Revenue generated from the re-selling or syndication of content submitted to EmiratesWeek shall at all times remain the sole property of EmiratesWeek and no claim for share in such revenue will be entertained.
In no event shall EmiratesWeek be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular EmiratesWeek shall not be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to the EmiratesWeek website or the information contained in it, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law or otherwise.
All content on EmiratesWeek may be indexed by any reputed search engine. However no content on EmiratesWeek may be republished in part or in full without the express written consent of EmiratesWeek with the exception where a press release is issued by the same company that wish to re-publish it on their own website.
